Whereabouts on Franklin? I can't recognize it (but probably never pay close enough attention when I'm out walking).
This building is The Astral, it is on the East side of Franklin between India & Java Streets. Brooklyn Label is one of the commercial residents of The Astral, on its southwest facing corner.
