The "ALL THE..." series reminds me of M. Sasek. I am also a fan of attempting to encapsulate to varying degrees (based on time spent there) a place travelled to or lived in. Really Wonderful Drawings and Intentions.
I had a similar experience moving to America from Australia as well. I started in Denver and am now in Boreum Hill - weird how that works out!
